This 5qt food mill features a wide 12-3/4" diameter opening and includes 5 interchangeable plates, each with different shape and size perforations for a variety of textures. Ideal for hot or cold foods.
- Includes 5 sieves: 4 w/ round perforations (8mm, 4mm, 3mm, 2mm) and 1 w/ rectangular perforations (3mm x 8-1/2mm)
- Features a revolving handle, sturdy crank body, and a semi-circular blade designed to sweep and press for optimal processing
- Outputs approximately 3lbs per minute; removes seeds, skin and fibers from processed food
