The Elemental Aluminum Cover is designed for use with ASSP-08, ASHP-08, and ASET-3 cookware, featuring an inner diameter of 9.92 inches and an outer diameter of 10.9 inches. It is NSF listed and made from durable aluminum. This cover must be hand washed, as aluminum products are not dishwasher safe. Always allow the cover to cool before cleaning, then wash with warm water, mild soap, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. After washing, rinse thoroughly and dry immediately with a cloth or paper towel to prevent limescale buildup. For cooked-on food residue, boil the cover in water with vinegar for four to five minutes to loosen residue, then wash, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
