Cover for ALB-40, ALBH-40
The Elemental Aluminum Cookware Cover ALPC-40BC is designed for use with ALB-40 and ALBH-40 cookware. It is NSF listed and made of durable aluminum. This product must be hand washed, as aluminum items are not dishwasher safe. Always allow the cover to cool before cleaning, then wash with warm water, mild soap, and a soft non-abrasive sponge. After washing, rinse thoroughly and dry immediately with a cloth or paper towel to prevent limescale buildup. For cooked-on food residue, boil the cover in water with vinegar for four to five minutes to loosen residue, then wash, rinse, and dry as usual.
