The heavy-duty Excalibur® non-stick coating is bonded to the aluminum for a long-lasting, scratch-resistant finish. A reinforced handle, riveted in place and encased in a stay-cool sleeve, provides a secure and comfortable grip. This pan is hand wash only and NSF listed for professional use.
