The high-capacity 30 liter interlocking bowl is made from 304 stainless steel and features a safety guard. The mixer is made from heavy-duty die-cast iron for maximum durability. A gear-driven high-torque motor has 3 speeds to ensure an even mixture even with thick doughs and batters. Non-slip rubber feet hold this mixer securely in place.
