The Elemental Aluminum Cookware Cover ALPC-50 is designed for use with ALST-50, ALST-60, ALB-18, ASSP-34, ALHP-60, ASHP-34, and ALBH-18 cookware. It is NSF listed and made from durable aluminum. This product must be hand washed, as aluminum items are not dishwasher safe. Always allow the cover to cool before cleaning, then wash with warm water, mild soap, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. After washing, rinse thoroughly and dry immediately with a cloth or paper towel to prevent limescale buildup. For cooked-on food residue, boil the cover in water with vinegar for four to five minutes to loosen residue, then wash, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
