This aluminum cover is designed for use with ASSP-40, ALB-24, ASHP-40, and ALBH-24 cookware and features an inner diameter of 17.8 inches and an outer diameter of 18.75 inches. It is NSF listed and constructed from durable aluminum. The cover must be hand washed, as aluminum products are not dishwasher safe. Always allow the product to cool before cleaning, then wash with warm water, mild soap, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge. After washing, rinse thoroughly and dry immediately with a cloth or paper towel to prevent limescale formation. For cooked-on food residue, boil the cover in water with vinegar for four to five minutes to loosen residue, then wash, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
