This food processor features a 3/4 horsepower fan-cooled motor with 2 different continuous feed chutes to ensure you can produce large quantities of ingredients during your busiest hours.

This unit has a durable stainless-steel and aluminum construction for long-lasting use. When used with the compatible discs, (sold separately) it can process up to 500 lb. of fresh produce per hour with a 300 RPM plate speed for efficient use. Both the feed hopper and pusher have a double interlock feature for a safe continuous-feed operation along with an interlocked cover to prevent the machine from operating without the lid in place. The simple design also allows for the easy removal of discs and the food ejector blade for easy accessibility and cleaning. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
